This is my third cold plunge set up and has been by far the easiest to set up, the most reliable and the fastest to chill to desired temp. Support is incredible which makes it all the easier. I'm really happy with my cold plunge. It's been exactly 50 days since I got the unit and started doing it daily. Down to 8°C at 5 mins., slowly working my way to 3°C and enjoying the process.
The product - the tub and the 1HP cooler unit - is easy to set up. Graeme and Thant are very helpful and quick to reply. So excellent customer service. So far, I'm really enjoying my daily plunge. I do it every morning after my workout to reset my mind and body. I get a natural high, and it sets my mood for the rest of my day. It also helps my body recover since I play pickleball 4x/week, gym 5x a week, and bike occasionally 1 or 2x a month. For me, it's a wise investment for my healthy lifestyle.
