Will it fit in my home or apartment?
The 1 Person needs 101 × 101 cm of floor space and is 195 cm tall. The 2 Person needs 130 × 130 cm and is 196 cm tall. Both are designed for indoor use. Not sure? Our local team can check your space on WhatsApp.
Do I need special wiring or an electrician?
No. It plugs into a standard 220–240 V household socket: 1,600 W for the 1 Person, 2,150 W for the 2 Person.
Who installs it, and what's included?
Your sauna is delivered, professionally installed, set up and tested by our local Recover team, at no extra cost, in every market we serve. Integrated red light therapy is built in and included FREE.
When will it arrive?
It depends on the model and where you are. Message our team on WhatsApp and we will confirm current stock and a delivery estimate for your address.
How do I look after it?
Very little upkeep. Wipe the bench after use and air the cabin out occasionally. The hemlock wood and carbon heaters need no special care.
Is it low EMF?
Yes. EMF is below 3 mG.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Every R Sauna comes with a 2-year premium warranty covering manufacturing defects, including heaters, panels and controls, backed by our after-sales support team. If there is a covered issue, we diagnose it and repair or replace the part. No chasing overseas manufacturers.
Who helps me after I buy?
Our local Recover team: one direct contact for questions, servicing and warranty support. If there is a technical issue, we come to you. Message us on WhatsApp any time.
