How does delivery work?

What do I need for the setup?
You only need:
- A power source (we supply the correct plug for your country)
- A place to drain the water (balcony, bathroom, garden, or floor drain)
- Optional: a nearby water supply—helpful but not essential

Is the setup plug-and-play?
Yes, completely plug-and-play.
Connect the hoses, fill with water, plug in the chiller, and you're ready. All electrical components match your country’s voltage and plug type.
How long does it take to cool?
Cooling has two parts:
1. Initial Cooling (only once when you first fill the tub)
- 1HP Chiller: Cools the full tub from room temperature to cold in around 90 minutes
- 2HP Chiller: Cools the full tub from room temperature to 3–7°C in around 40–60 minutes
This full cooldown only happens once after filling.
2. Daily Cooling (normal use—very fast)
Once the water is already cold:
- 1HP Chiller: about 20–30 minutes
- 2HP Chiller: about 10 minutes
The insulated tub and fitted lid keep the water cold all day, so the chiller only needs a “top up”.
App Control: You can set cooling timers in the Recover App, so your plunge is ready exactly when you want it.
How often should I change the water?
- 1HP Chiller: every 7 days
- 2HP Chiller: every 2–3 weeks
The chiller keeps the water fresh by circulating, filtering, and sanitising.
How is the water kept clean?
Our chillers use professional-grade filtration:
