Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags where applicable. You must also provide your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved by us before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged during delivery, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@recoverasia.com with your order number and photos or videos showing the issue.
We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Special-order products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, where applicable
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Shipping & Returns
We provide free shipping on all eligible orders, including customs duties, taxes and import fees where applicable. Every order is securely packaged and fully insured in transit for your peace of mind.
If you decide to return your order, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or required otherwise under applicable consumer law. All returns must be sent to our designated inspection facility in Hong Kong or Vietnam, where the product will be inspected before any refund is processed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item in accordance with our return policy. Once the return has been accepted and any applicable refund has been processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
The 14-day period generally begins from the date you receive the goods. Certain exceptions may apply under applicable law.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
