Set your temperature and timer on the touch panel, let it pre-heat for approximately 15-30 minutes, then enjoy a 10-30 minute session. Hydrate before and after, and cool down gradually.
You can typically start your session within approximately 15 to 30 minutes. The sauna will continue warming during use and usually reaches its maximum temperature within approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on ambient conditions and temperature settings.
No. Far-infrared heats your body gently rather than scorching the air or surfaces, so it stays at a comfortable, safe temperature throughout your session.
We recommend 10-30 minutes per session for most people. Start shorter while you get used to it, and always listen to your body.
